TrueMores is all about creating a luxury lifestyle that everybody can afford. My name is Dan Boyle and I created TrueMores.com. That beautiful woman in the picture is my wife, Kindal.
I kind of fell into the selling silk by accident. Both my wife and I love to life healthy lifestyles. We regularly exercise (she’s actually a personal trainer) and we eat really healthy.
Being slightly obsessed with healthy living, we find ourselves watching many of the documentaries like Food inc., Liquid, Food Matters, and a bunch of others. The truth behind what these big multi-national corporations subject us to as their customers is sickening.
So we are always looking for opportunities to use “clean” products. That is how we first tried silk bedding. In the beginning, I didn’t really know silk was made into bedding, but when we slept our first night, it was amazing!
The feel of silk sheets was unlike anything... in fact it’s still impossible to fully describe how great it feels.
I have had a background in business on the Internet and wanted to see if there was opportunity to bring silk bedding to market. I found few other places selling real mulberry silk and after an exhausting search, I found our factory.
We now have a factory in Suzhou, China that is the most amazing factory to work with. We are truly blessed to have them as our partners because we are now the manufacturers... we can offer silk as great prices.
Everybody else’s prices were so high that it was only available to the really wealthy. Both my wife and I are very modest and very frugal people... and we wanted to make silk available to everyone.
Luxury living for everybody!
Along the line, we began offering bamboo sheets as well. They are not as luxurious as silk, but they offer most of the same benefits. We are also going to expand our silk lines to pajamas and lingerie.

When I was young, my aunt and uncle lived in West Palm Beach, Florida. I used to go visit them every spring for at least a week. It was amazing and the tropical nature of palm trees and the ocean have become part of me.
Currently we live in Charleston, South Carolina which is a beautiful place, but one day soon... I know I’ll end up in a small town in South Florida.
There is something about the relaxing culture of the tropics that I think everybody loves... and we all need to relax and just love life in the hectic living that we typically do day in and day out.
So remember to breath and sleep well!
