I've got a 19mm Mulberry Green sheet set. This is my second set. I finally got the right sheet I've always longed for soft feeling one draping over me. Now I could fall in sleep easily and feel great in the morning. Another good thing about this product I like is that I feel pretty comfortable to use the washer because the sheets are quite durable and heavy silk. When you choose the color, if you're not sure, I recommend that you have to double check with the company as they mentioned, otherwise you'll get really surprised :-) I love the second set, but first one really got me. About the Customer Service? Try them. They promptly solved my request more than I expected. Certainly I would recommen this product.
