22mm silk a very luxury heavy silk. Like all of our silk, it's 100% grade "A" mulberry silk and it's rare to find silk at this weight.
In this set you receive:
- One flat sheet
- One fitted sheet (elastic all the way around the base)
- Two pillowcases
Personally, I love the 22mm silk. The feel is much more substantial when you compare it to the 19mm silk. It does not drape as well, but you can't really tell just by looking at it.
At this time, we can only offer a few colors with the 22mm silk. However, I hope to continue to grow this slowly overtime to include the top selling colors.
22mm silk uses a lot more silk thread than the 19mm silk. This mean it's more durable and it's warmer. But the difference is no so big that it really makes that big of difference.
The 22 momme weight silk is perfect for you if you like a little more weight to your sheet and you are a person that typically gets cold at night.
All of the sheet sets in the 22 weight have seams in them. They are extremely durable and not very noticeable either. Here is a picture of the seam so you can see what it looks like.
