TrueMores silk is 100% grade A mulberry silk. It's the finest on the Internet and we offer over 25 colors. If you don't see a color you want then please contact us so we can help you get the color you are looking for.

Our sheets are weaved in a satin weave. It's a strong weave making these silk sheets one of a kind. You'll find the lustrous sheen on one side and the classic dull finish on the other.

Taking care of these sheets does require certain rules. It's important to realize that buying silk to sleep in isn't a purchase... it's an investment in your comfort and health.

Because of this here are our rules for cleaning your silk:

Rule 1: Dry Clean

It's best to dry clean these sheets. We suggest once a month which will cost you less than $40 (that being the high end). Here is what to tell your dry cleaner...

1. Normal dry clean
2. Gentle steam
3. NO press!!!

This is important because you will be able to expect a consistent wash that will protect your silk for years to come.

The dry cleaners will also help you gently steam the sheets so you can take them home free of wrinkles and relax in pure luxurious heaven!

Rule 2: Hand Washing

You can wash your sheets by hand. That is how it's traditionally done to protect the integrity of the silk.

However we can't teach you in person how to be gentle with your sheets. It's happened many times where some clients have been to rough and after a few washes the silk rips.

Please do this at your own risk. We are not responsible for this situation and will not issue a refund or replace your sheets.

Rule 3: Machine Washing

This is risky for the same reason because each machine is different. However we have had many customers find success washing their sheets on the hand wash cycle followed by drying on the silk cycle.
